Secure Packaging
Place the unused panels in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included.
Shipping & Labels
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
